FROM THE SOUTH
I-94
Take St. Augusta/St. Cloud exit (Hwy #75)
Stay right; merge onto County Road #75
Turn right at the lights on Clearwater Road (Federal Express on the right)
Follow the road to the left (watch the speed limit)
This road becomes 10th Ave S
Follow the exit ramp (right) to Division (aka Hwy 23) – just before you go under an overpass
Immediately go into left lane and turn left at the stop lights (6th Avenue South)
Perkins is on the corner
Park in a metered stall in the parking lot across from our building.
Meters take nickels, dimes, and quarters – 25¢ per half hour.
Our offices are located on the second floor of the brick building next to Perkins:
110 Sixth Avenue South, Suite 200 (first suite as you come upstairs or left off of elevator)
Hwy 10
Take the Hwy 23/Division exit into St. Cloud
Turn right on 6th Avenue South
Perkins is on the corner
Park in a metered stall in the parking lot across from our building

Take Highway 15 / St. Cloud exit
Turn right after the Holiday Inn on to Division Street (aka Hwy 23)
Stay in left lane
Turn left at the stop lights (6th Avenue South)
