Kevin has extensive experience in health care and education matters, having represented health care providers and educational institutions in almost all legal issues presented to them for more than thirty years. He also has represented financial institutions in most areas of commercial activity and handles corporate and general business matters. Kevin's litigated cases have involved constitutional and civil rights, contracts, discrimination based on age or gender, sexual harassment, non compete covenants in employment and sale of business, fraud, construction defect, teacher tenure, punitive damages, federal and state Administrative Procedures Act, and various business agreements, including business formation, partnership accounting, unreasonable executive compensation, franchise, computer technology, product distribution, bank liability, secured transactions, health care antitrust, physician privileges, health care fraud and abuse, health care self referral, and shareholder derivative rights. Kevin also counsels clients on means of avoiding litigation while achieving their legitimate business interests.
